I remember looking for Fallout lj comms a long time ago and I found ghoulification and ghoulslash - the latter looks very quiet, while the former still seems pretty active. (I can't say what the comms are like beyond that, as I'm kind of indifferent towards ghouls, admittedly... except for Gob, who deserved a hug.)

Thanks for the fic rec. (Now if I just wasn't woefully behind on my reading, arrgh.)
